One Step™ Multi-Bead Plus Applicator
The patented One Step™ Multi-Bead Plus** (MBA Plus) is battery powered 13 cartridge port adhesive applicator designed for One Step™ Insulation and Hurricane Force® Membrane Adhesive cartridges.
The patented One Step™ insulation adhesive delivery system has revolutionized the application of insulation and cover board adhesives, while minimizing roof deck penetrations and eliminating the thermal bridging from mechanical fasteners. The high capacity, multi bead design enables rapid coverage and consistent bead placement to speed installation and improve finished quality.
Millennium One Step™ Battery Powered Applicator
The Millennium One Step™ Battery Powered Applicator is purpose built for the Millennium One Step™ family of adhesives and sealants. Its durable, ergonomic carriage allows upright application to reduce fatigue and help prevent back strain during extended use.
Powered by a 20 volt Li ion rechargeable battery, the motor is designed to run on lower amps than conventional cordless tools—extending overall battery life and reducing charging time so crews can stay productive throughout the day.
Millennium Cyclone 5/15 VS PLUS Low-Pressure Adhesive Pump Cart Applicator
The patented Millennium Cyclone 5/15 VS PLUS low pressure adhesive pump cart is a bulk delivery system engineered to dispense two component, 1:1 ratio low viscosity polyurethane adhesives in either traditional ribbon or spatter patterns.
The Millennium Cyclone 5/15 VS PLUS finds use in adhering rigid insulation and cover boards to structural roof decks, as well as fleece-backed single-ply membranes in both new roofing and recover applications. The system allows contractors to install both insulation and fleece membrane with significant savings on adhesive and labor cost, and installation time, resulting in increased productivity and profitability.
