Polyisocyanurate (PIR) Insulation

Polyisocyanurate insulation boards are rigid foam insulation panels with excellent thermal performance. They are either faced with glass tissue or foil for additional protection. 
We have a range of single-component and two-component bonding adhesives, all suitable for adhering polyisocyanurate boards, including glass tissue-faced and foil-faced (to a porous surface), and are available in multiple application systems. Our two-component adhesives are recommended for foil-to-foil bonding, as they do not rely on moisture to activate the curing process.

Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) Insulation

EPS is a rigid insulation made from expanded polystyrene beads. It is a lightweight, easy-to-handle, and cost-effective insulation option. Our moisture-curing polyurethane adhesives and two-component adhesives are most suitable for EPS insulation, and are available as pail-applied, cartridge-applied, and spray-applied, including pressurized canister, products. The lightweight adhesive solutions prevent damage to fragile EPS boards.

Extruded Polystyrene (XPS) Insulation

XPS is a rigid, closed-cell foam insulation made from extruded polystyrene. It is known for its excellent water resistance and high compressive strength, ideal for load-bearing applications. Our moisture-curing polyurethane adhesives and two-component adhesives are most suitable for XPS insulation, and are available as pail-applied, cartridge-applied, and spray-applied, including pressurized canister, products.

Mineral Wool Insulation

Mineral wool, also known as stone wool or rock wool, is made from molten rock fibers, offering excellent fire resistance and acoustic insulation. Our two-component adhesives are most suited for bonding porous materials such as mineral wool insulation, due to the high foaming structure of the adhesives. Our adhesives provide high-strength adhesion without compressing the material, and maintain its fire-resistant and acoustic properties.

Foamglass Insulation

Foamglass is a high-performance cellular glass insulation. Made from 100% glass, it has a closed-cell structure that provides exceptional thermal insulation, moisture resistance, and fire protection. Our two-component cartridge-applied polyurethane adhesives are most suited for bonding porous materials including Foamglass insulation, due to the high foaming structure of the adhesives.

Cover boards
