Fuller Impact: Investing in the Next Generation of Innovators and Leaders

Through Fuller Impact Global Grantmaking, we are committed to creating lasting, positive change by investing in the communities where our employees work and live.

We seek to build stronger, healthier, more resilient communities around the world by making strategic and equitable investments. We focus our resources on initiatives that align with our expertise and the passion of our people: STEM education and youth leadership development.

STEM Education

We strive to increase opportunities for underserved populations in science, technology, engineering, and math. As the world’s largest pureplay adhesives company, we can leverage the skills of our global workforce to support STEM initiatives to equip young people with critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Youth Leadership Development

We are proud to support the next generation of changemakers. From providing financial literacy skill training to recruiting mentors, we empower youth leaders to develop critical skills—like communication, collaboration, and problem-solving—that prepare them to tackle real-world challenges.

  • Applying for a Grant

    The H.B. Fuller Company Foundation now uses Blackbaud, a secure online portal shared by many independent foundations to manage our grantmaking.

    Returning users: If you already have a Blackbaud account, simply log in using your existing credentials to access H.B. Fuller’s application. Please note that login information from our previous portal will not work.

    New users: If you do not have a Blackbaud account, you will need to register before beginning an application. 

    Round 1: Applications Open March 1 – 31; Grant award distribution by June 30

    Round 2: Applications Open August 1 – 31; Grant award distribution by November 30
