Cilbond friction bonding series overview

The Cilbond® Friction Bonding Series includes high-performance, water-based, one-coat bonding agents designed specifically for the friction industry, such as brake pads, clutches, and rail car brakes. These agents, including Cilbond® 62W and Cilbond® R-7159, offer excellent heat and corrosion resistance, high shear strength, and dynamic fatigue resistance while maintaining low VOC content (<6%). Both products provide a fast, efficient application process with just 20–25 microns of coating and drying time of only five minutes. This results in material, time, and energy savings without compromising on performance.
