Salary and Incentives

Compensation and other benefits from H.B. Fuller.

Your base salary is an important part of the total compensation you receive. To ensure our base pay remains competitive, we regularly research pay practices and make adjustments that align and support our rewards and business objectives. Depending on the job level and business function, employees may be eligible to participate in a variety of incentive plans. In keeping with our compensation philosophy, H.B. Fuller continuously strives to align variable pay with competitive practices.

Additionally, we make it a priority to stay competitive and continuously watch market trends as well as listen to our employees’ feedback on how we can continuously improve our programs. Certain positions also offer medical reimbursement depending on the employee’s annual base salary. If qualified, H.B. Fuller will reimburse up to 100% of the employee’s medical premium.
