Our commitment to our people and to accelerating equality for all has never been more relevant than it is today. Diversity & Inclusion is explicitly one of our priority Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) material issues and an intentional part of who we are, our culture, our code of conduct and how we do business.

To further advance inclusion and diversity in our workplace, we have carefully discussed and reviewed ideas, talked to our employees and reinforced our plans and created new programs to support our continued journey and contribute to a long-term sustainable impact across our company

We launched new Employee Networking Groups (ENGs), which are global employee-led, voluntary groups that will help build community, support skill development and provide members with exposure to senior leadership. In fact, the ENGs create an open forum for employees who have common backgrounds or experiences to meet and support one another and building a shared professional community.
