Outside of an industrial building built with paneling.

Panels as building elements are a more favorable choice because of thermal insulation properties, aptitude to dampen sound, light weight, easy construction and lower cost compared to other materials. They are made by bonding together a variety of wood, plastic, metal, ceramic, glass, and fiber-based composite materials. These building elements are used widely for external walls, internal structures and roof construction within a variety of industries. Some examples could be dry walls, ceiling and roofing panels, panels for modular homes and radiant barrier panels for roofing.
We offer high-performance adhesives that address energy savings and material efficiency.

Building Elements

  • Very strong bonding versatile 1 component PU for panel manufacturing
  • 1 component PU for fire doors
  • Aggressive hot tack
  • High green strength
  • Low surface energy adhesion
  • Adheres to a wide variety of core stocks and skins
  • Cures to form a very strong bond that is resistant to heat, cold, moisture and many solvents
  • Bonds many substrates including FRP, EPS, wood and vinyl
  • Excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates
  • Red color
  • All purpose very fast adhesive with good flow
  • Polyurethane, reactive hot melt adhesive
  • High green strength, peel strength and tensile strength
  • Extended open time ideal for industrial assembly applications
  • High heat resistance (passes B4 boil test), cold resistance, moisture resistance and good chemic
  • Medium high green strength
  • Plastics (ABS and Vinyl) to metal
  • No edge lift or creep on widely varied substrates
  • Good water resistance for high speed lamination
  • Dry bond is sandable
  • High speed lamination
