Fuller offers a complete range of hot melt (HM), reactive hot melt (RHM), and hot melt moisture cure (HMMC) adhesives, including bonding solutions and pressure sensitive adhesive solutions, enable best-in-class process speeds and mileage. Our 100% solids materials eliminate shipping costs and energy consumption for transporting water or solvent carriers that eventually evaporate, leaving much lower percentage of solid adhesive. Moreover, our HM, RHM, and HMMC adhesives typically have no reportable volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emissions supporting your sustainability initiatives.

Our RHM and HMMC adhesives are high-performance, hot melt materials that crosslink within the polymer matrix and yield a temperature resistant bond line. RHM and HMMCs have high adhesion to a wide variety of materials, including metals, plastics, glass, TPO, fabric and leather. They form a tough, resilient, weather- and chemical-resistant bond with excellent moisture barrier and high-pressure sealing capability.
