H.B. Fuller Company Foundation Announces Twin Cities Grants

Posted 06/09/2017 by Kimberlee Sinclair, Executive Director, H.B. Fuller Company Foundation

This spring, the H.B. Fuller Company Foundation announced $82,000 in grants to 11 nonprofits in the Twin Cities. These grants support STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) and youth leadership development programs for youth in our headquarters community. The H.B. Fuller Company Foundation’s STEM and Youth Leadership grants are employee directed; employees visited each of the grantees listed below to learn more about their high quality programming and to learn how a grant from H.B. Fuller could support their work. We are proud to partner with these organizations to strengthen the next generation of scientists, engineers, and leaders.
Since 1986, H.B. Fuller has been supporting communities around the world where our employees live and work through the H.B. Fuller Company Foundation. In 2016, H.B. Fuller gave $1.2 million to support STEM education and youth leadership development, as well as other causes selected by employees.
STEM Education:
  • Community School of Excellence, to support the Asian Penguins computer club, through which students build programming skills and donate restored computers to families in need.
