H.B. Fuller’s Rapidex® reactive hot melt adhesives combine the processing advantages of a hot melt with the end-use performance of a polyurethane. These adhesives have successfully delivered high bond strength and in-use stability that can enhance line efficiency and productivity.

Rapidex® solutions have been developed specifically for flat lamination applications and can be used with all application methods, including roller, slot, extrusion or spray. They are suitable for both interior and exterior use and allow for flexibility in the product assembly process, helping reduce scrap levels whether you process at 10 or 80 meters per minute.

  • Fast setting
  • High thermal and viscosity stability
  • Low application temperature
