Wir wissen, dass die Strapazierfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit eines Fensters stark von der Qualität des isolierenden Dichtstoffs und Trockenmittels während des Fertigungsvorgangs abhängt. Da unsere Kunden auf Dichtstoffe und Trockenmittel angewiesen sind, die bei einer Vielzahl von Anwendungen eingesetzt werden können, ohne dabei Kompromisse bei der Leistung einzugehen, haben wir branchenführende Lösungen entwickelt, wozu isolierende Glas-Dichtstoffe und -Trockenmittel sowie Klebstoffe für die Fertigung und Dämmung von Fenstern gehören.

Standard (Verpackungs)- und Komposit-Platzhalter – Unsere Dichtstoffe sind hinsichtlich einer Vielzahl extremer und beschleunigter Alterungsbedingungen Labor- und Praxiserprobt, wodurch Zuverlässigkeit und Anwendungsflexibilität gewährleistet sind.

Das Intercept® Platzhalter-System und die GED Produktreihe sind auf Geschwindigkeit, Effizienz und hohe Qualität ausgelegt, indem wir eine fortschrittliche Trocknungsmittel-Matrix und ein Butyl/Einkomponenten-Dichtstoff verwenden.

Unsere Dichtstoffe bilden eine langanhaltende und energieeffiziente Dichtung im Zusammenspiel mit unseren Super Spacer® Strukturschaum-Platzhalterprodukten.

Die feuchtigkeitsaushärtende Technologie unserer SashSeal™ Dichtstoffe erzeugt eine kräftige Verklebung zwischen den Glas- und Vinylprofilen, wobei eine sofortige Handhabungsfestigkeit und Strapazierfähigkeit entsteht. Die SashDri™ Trockenbarriere wurde speziell für das Sashlite® Fenster entwickelt, woraus eine äußerst leistungsfähige Trocknungstechnologie für die Absorption von Feuchtigkeit und flüchtigen organischen Verbindungen resultiert.
