Most hygiene adhesives have a very short open time to prevent bleed through the nonwoven material. Not Full-Care™ 7000. The adhesive is designed for delayed crystalline and a long open time. Rather than sitting on the surface of the core like a traditional construction adhesive, Full-Care™ 7000 adhesives with Padlock™ Technology  has time to cold flow into the fluff, securing the core for future insults.
