Sashlite® Solutions

Sashlite® advantages rely on the unique construction of the vinyl components. Our SashSeal™ sealants’ novel moisture curing technology creates a vital bond between the glass and vinyl profile. Applying a sealant consistently and efficiently is the first step in achieving the overall value and desired performance of the entire window. The single-component, warm-applied sealant provides immediate handling strength for stream-lining the manufacturing process. The combination of low water vapor permeability, low modulus and high elongation provides a durable seal for long-term performance.

The desiccating barrier provides the capacity for adsorption of moisture as well as organic volatiles. The SashDri™ desiccated barrier material is custom designed for the Sashlite® window system to provide the same trouble free performance in desiccant technology H.B. Fuller is known for with the Sashlite® window.
