The Liquamelt® Packaging Adhesive System is a unique adhesive/equipment system. This revolutionary system delivers room temperature liquid adhesive to the point of application where it is activated and dispensed. Liquamelt adhesive rapidly forms strong bonds over a wide variety of substrates – it can be used for Case Sealing, Carton Sealing, Corrugated Assembly, Product Assembly and Point of Purchase Display, where traditional hot melt, cold adhesives, staples or packaging tape are used.
Liquamelt® adhesive is a 100% solids, in liquid form, in a closed bag-in box, eliminating contamination concerns. The material is not an adhesive until it is activated at the point of application. Liquamelt adhesive can activate on-demand because of its patented formulation. It provides improved performance, longer open times, reduced weight, improved mileage, as well as a larger adhesive foot print when compared to conventional hot melt adhesive products.

The Liquamelt® System delivers a safe, room temperature 100% solids liquid to the point of application. Upon delivery it is activated to form a rapid bonding adhesive foam. This unique paradigm allows for the design of very simple, durable and low cost equipment.

The open architecture of the Liquamelt® System allows for flexible adhesive delivery options and easy accessibility. The Liquamelt® System is modular and can accommodate from one to four hoses per unit and can be configured for hand or automatic applications.
Liquamelt® Adhesive is delivered to a patented TurboActivator™ at room temperature where it is heated and activated producing fast bonding foam adhesive. This innovative foam allows for a reduction of up to 60%.
The Liquamelt® System is designed to be char free. The closed system protects against contaminants, the systems on-demand processing allows for only 25 grams of adhesive to be heated at a time, with no need for hot tanks or hoses.
