About Flexel™

Flexel™ Reactive Film Adhesives

Simple. Clean. Fast. Flexel reactive film adhesives from H.B. Fuller provide an advanced alternative to thermoplastic film, hot melt or liquid adhesives. The combination of low activation temperature and thermosetting technology results in a superior bonding solution.

Thermosetting adhesives cure to form a crosslinked network creating a tough, flexible, heat resistant bond. Flexel™ reactive film adhesives deliver the performance of a
thermosetting adhesive in an easy to use film form. These reactive films are especially valuable in assemblies that are exposed to harsh environments such as spills, extreme temperatures,
elevated humidity or shock from impact.

Flexel™ reactive film adhesives are stable under ambient conditions, eliminating the need to refrigerate during storage. Activation temperatures are low enough to be gentle on substrates
like leather and fine textiles for optimal aesthetics.

Flexel™ film adhesives are clean, unlike the messy application processes that come with liquid or hot melt adhesive systems.

H.B. Fuller Flexel™ reactive film adhesives are fast.Fast
Flexel™ film adhesives are so easy to use and hassle-free that they help you bring new products from concept to market more quickly.

H.B. Fuller Flexel™ reactive film adhesives are cool.Cool
Flexel™ film adhesives feature a low activation temperature that is gentle on your substrates and helps to maintain superior aesthetics of your fine textiles and leather.

H.B. Fuller Flexel™ reactive film adhesives are durable.Durable
Flexel™ film adhesives are thermosetting, meaning that they crosslink upon heat activation to form a tough, cross-linked bond that will stand up to exposure to heat, chemicals and water, better than thermoplastic adhesives.

And all are easy to handle

Flexel™ film adhesives are stable under ambient conditions, so they do not require refrigeration during storage, making them easy to handle.

Endless application possibilities

Flexel™ reactive film adhesives are great for applications that require a tough durable bond. Typical uses include consumer electronic cases and accessories, device assembly, automotive interior trim, and textile lamination to name a few. Contact H.B. Fuller to find out if Flexel™ reactive film adhesive is right for your applications.
