Catch the Wave of Innovation at GlassBuild 2011

Come and catch H.B. Fuller’s wave of innovation at GlassBuild 2011 in Atlanta September 12-14. Surf through our high performance formulations for window manufacturing such as our HL-5201 clear backbedding sealant which enhances lean manufacturing processes, and our two new products – HL-5165 insulating sealant Reactive Hot Melt technology and HL-5240 Door Lite foamable Hot Melt technology.

H.B. Fuller’s HL-5201 clear backbedding Hot Melt sealant is a clear solution for manufacturers that want to improve aesthetics. This sealant does not yellow with UV exposure and meets AAMA 800 performance requirements. Our HL-5201 clear backbedding sealant instantly delivers a high strength bond that allows windows to advance to the next processing step without having to wait for a chemical cure.

Our HL-5201 clear backbedding sealant is part of our HL-5200 family of fast-setting, environmentally-advanced 100 percent solids, single-component backbedding solutions. For use in automatic or semi-automatic manufacturing of aluminum, vinyl or wood sash windows, our backbedding sealants improve throughput to get your assembled windows delivered fast.
We are also introducing two new innovative technologies to further advance the window and door industry.

  • HL-5165 insulating Reactive Hot Melt has a wider processing window for building high quality triple insulating glass which may be needed to meet more stringent energy efficiency requirements.
  • HL-5240 Door Lite foamable Hot Melt is highly resistant to high temperatures, which is needed to reduce creeping and distortion of gaskets in high heat field applications.

Catch us in booth #1207 at GlassBuild or contact us to learn more about our high performance formulations that help improve your products and processes. Hope to see you there.
