HB Fuller Focuses on the Nonwovens Market Through Full-Care™ Range of Adhesives

In April, H.B. Fuller launched our new family of Full-Care™ hot melt adhesives for nonwovens manufacturers. Since then, we have made it a priority to show manufacturers how they can leverage robust Full-Care adhesives and partner with us to develop product innovations for their customers. The H.B. Construction Adhesives
H.B. Fuller’s Full-Care construction hot melts are formulated to deliver consistent performance, both on the machine and on the final product. With a full portfolio of technologies for enhanced supply flexibility, our nonwovens construction solutions provide strong performance to ensure high bonding strengths, excellent wet peel, light color and virtually no odor.
Core Adhesives
To enhance core integrity for thinner diapers, Full-Care adhesives are formulated to provide delayed crystallization technology, significantly improved wet strength compared to conventional construction adhesives, versatile application, direct sprayed or transfer sprayed, and lower cost in use.

Positioning Adhesives
Full-Care positioning adhesives deliver continuous innovation in the end-use product, whether ultra-thin and modified shapes or biodegradable. Our technologies provide high peel/no transfer positioning for all back sheets and application methods, strong performance on both Poly and NW back sheets applied by transfer slot or direct spray, high tack for coatweight reduction, excellent stain resistance on breathable poly, and low in-use cost.

Elastic Adhesives
Our Full-Care adhesives for elastic attachment offer versatile performance across all common attachment methods, strand coating spray or slot, high bond strength at low coat weights, high cohesive strength, light color, low odor and excellent creep results with various elastic materials.
