2001: - Launched the 1st Olefin Hygiene Construction Adhesive
2005: -
Launched 1st Olefin Diaper Fastening Adhesive
2006: -
Launched 1st Olefin Hygiene Core Stability Adhesive
2007: -
Launched 2nd Generation Olefin Hygiene Construction Adhesive
2010: -
Introduced 3rd Generation Olefin Hygiene Construction Adhesive
2011: -
Introduced FULL-CARE™ Portfolio of Hygiene Adhesives
Future: - Imagine the possibilities when we collaborate!

The Olefin Advantage:

More Stable Feedstock

  • Supply drives feedstock stability
  • Ethylene supply is stable and independent of the types of cracking
  • mPOS are dependent on ethylene and rubber based dependent on by-products
  • History proves olefins are more stable now and in the future

Predictive Modeling: An Example

Rheology: Rheology is the science of deformation and flow of matter.  A force is applied to material and response measured.

Rheology Terminology:

  • Stress: Force applied over area to achieve deformation
  • Strain: Measure of change in shape
  • Storage Modulus (G’): Elastic resistance to deformation
  • Loss Modulus (G”): Viscous resistance to deformation
  • Tan delta: Energy dissipated/energy stored (G”/G’)
  • Glass Transition Temperature (Tg): Brittle to flexible transition

Temperature Ramp Test:
Rheology can be used to see how a material behaves over varying temperatures.

Modern Moisture Management: Reliable Moisture Indication
