H.B. Fuller’s Rapidex® reactive hot melt adhesives combine the processing advantages of a hot melt with the end-use performance of a polyurethane. These adhesives have successfully delivered high bond strength and in use stability that can enhance line efficiency and productivity.
Rapidex® NP2075LT PUR reactive hot melt for Door Lamination and Rapidex® NP2075LT PUR reactive hot melt for Floor Lamination have been specifically developed for flat lamination applications and can be used with all application methods like roller, slot, extrusion or spray. It is suitable for both, interior and exterior use.
Applications
For flat lamination using various membrane films and plastics like PVC, ABS, PC and veneer to cover wood substrates like MDF or Chipboard.

High thermal and viscosity stability: The good in use stability of Rapidex® NP 2075 LT reactive hot melt allows equipment to be adjusted for optimal performance and coat weight control and reduces the risk of gels, lowering equipment maintenance costs.
Versatility: Rapidex® NP2075LT reactive hot melt adhesive has a very good heat and cold crack resistance (-20 °C up to 150°C) and is suitable for the bonding of substrates with high tension/memory forces.
Long open time: Rapidex® NP2075LT reactive hot melt adhesive has an open time of up to 3 minutes allowing for flexibility in your product assembly process, helping to reduce scrap levels, whether you process at 10 or 80 meters per minute.
Low application temperature: Reduce your energy costs whilst increasing your output with lower application temperatures in combination with faster setting.
