HydroLock™ Absorbent Hot Melt
Patented technology from H.B. Fuller, HydroLock Absorbent Hot Melt is a thermoplastic material
formulated to absorb water and other fluids, like a standard SAP (Super Absorbent Polymer).

We enlist our technical know-how and performance modelling techniques to develop the adhesive to meet your needs. Our customers can rest assured that Full-Care™ adhesive will enable the performance needed from the start; crucial for maintaining production output and efficiency.
Our in-house coating capabilities allow us to simulate many application processes such as slot, spiral or spray to produce a variety of constructions between nonwoven, polyethylene and elastic substrates. The performance of the adhesive in the various constructions is then subjected to the rigours of our unique performance testing, ensuring all new products have their performance fine-tuned before being presented to the customer.
